2) User Name, Password, and Account

After creating a user name and password, you will receive an email with your account details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this user name and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. Please notify Say it Green! of any unauthorized use of your password or account. Logging out from your account at the end of each session will help protect against any unauthorized use.

3) User Responsibility and Conduct

In using the Say it Green! website and associated software you agree to not transmit (upload, download, email, post) any materials including but not limited to text, data, photos, graphics, or any combination of these elements that are :

• a) unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, inflammatory, libelous, tortuous, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or invasive of another's rights including but not limited to rights of privacy and intellectual property.
• b) an infringement on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party. By transmitting content to the Say it Green! site, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to reproduce and distribute such content and that the content complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances;
• c) unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation;
• d) software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

You further agree to not participate in any form of "hacking," including but not limited to:

• a) disrupting or interfering with the security of the site, or any services, system resources, accounts, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the site;
• b) tampering with or using non-public areas of the site;
• c) disrupting or interfering with any other user's enjoyment of the site or affiliated or linked websites.

You acknowledge that Say it Green! does not screen submitted content and by printing your design does not indicate approval of the content. Upon order submission, Say it Green! may review the content your order contains for adherence to our guidelines and compliance with the terms and conditions set forth. But you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the creation and compilation of your design content, obeying all applicable laws, and are liable to any harm arising from the use of the content. To that end, you will use this site and any products ordered on this site at all times in accordance with all applicable United States federal, state and local laws, statutes, regulations and ordinances and will not take any action that harms or violates the rights of any person or entity.

4) Privacy Policy

Say it Green! is committed to protecting your privacy. These privacy guidelines outline our policies when collecting and using personal information and design content gathered from our customers.

Any account information you supply when either using the design area or placing an order will be used only to process requested transactions or to contact you regarding a specific transaction. Say it Green! also reserves the right to send its customers educational or promotional mailers through electronic or U.S. mail. If you would rather not receive these mailers, please email your request to info@sayitgreen.com.

Say it Green! will not disclose your personal information to third-parties. You, however, acknowledge and agree that Say it Green! may disclose your personal information to government agencies and/or third-parties if there is sufficient reason to believe that such disclosure is necessary to identify or bring legal actions against someone who is in violation of these terms and conditions, causing harm to Say it Green! or a third-party, or if Say it Green! is required by law or legal process.

Say it Green! may also disclose your design content to comply with legal process, enforce these terms and conditions, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Say it Green! and its users and the public. Say it Green! also reserves the right to use your design content in electronic or printed publications, or as other forms of advertisement. Your personal information will not be disclosed as part of your design content unless you give Say it Green! expressly written permission.

5) Termination

You acknowledge and agree that Say it Green!, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate your user name, password, and account and discard any saved design content you may have.

6) Pricing

All prices on the Say it Green! site are in US dollars. Prices and products may change at any time at the discretion of Say it Green!

7) Age and Geographic Restrictions

Currently we only accept and ship orders from U.S. customers. However, anyone can create a user account and use the design area.

If you are under 18 years of age, Say it Green! requires that your parent or guardian take full responsibility for any design content or purchases you make.

8) Shipping

Ownership and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall be your responsibility as soon as Say it Green! delivers shipment to the shipping carrier. Say it Green! will, however, do everything in its power to provide tracking-information and delivery-confirmation services.
